A downtown landmark with a spacious lobby and two Wallace & Hinz bars, the Eureka Theater is available for private social, corporate and cultural events. The 1930s-era venue provides modern audio and lighting systems in a charming Art Deco ambiance. The auditorium seats nearly 800, and there is ample event space on stage and in the lobbies.

Hourly rental rate: four hour minimum $600.

Each additional hour of use is $150.

Rent plus a security deposit and certificate of insurance with $1 million coverage, naming the Eureka Theater as additionally insured, are all due 30 days before the event.

Rent includes use of ticket booth, marquee, two poster boxes, and your event on the Eureka Theaters website and social media pages.

Applicant will provide the theater staff with specific event information for advertising applicant’s event.

Applicant is responsible for any advertising cost beyond what the Eureka Theater includes in the rental agreement.

Movie events may require an additional $350-$400 per film for licensing, also due 30 days before the event. Licensing fees are determined by the movies studios.
